The current tax reform proposals require investors to sell their oldest stock shares first, something that could spark a big tax bill for retail investors.

That's the assessment from JJ Kinahan, chief market strategist at TD Ameritrade, who encourages investors to contact their local members of Congress to ask them to strip this provision from the bull.
