European Union accuses Amazon (AMZN) of getting illegal tax advantages in Luxembourg between 2006 and 2014. It has fined the tech company $300 million. Amazon said in response that it believes it did not receive any special treatment from Luxembourg and that is paid tax in full accordance with local and international tax laws.

Yahoo's Security Breach is Bigger

Yahoo (YHOO) says its massive security breach in 2013 has gotten even bigger. It says further investigation produced new evidence and now the company believes all 3 billion accounts were hacked, that means all people who have Yahoo emails and all who had registered for other Yahoo services like Flickr or Fantasy Sports were victims as well.

PepsiCo Beat Earnings

PepsiCo (PEP) beat Wall Street Earnings expectations. It said earnings were $1.48 a share versus $1.43 expected. Revenue missed though. It did raise guidance for the full year.
