The global fragrance market is expected to reach over $51 Billion by 2022, and the men's category actually is growing faster than the women's in the US prestige market.
So it seemed like a good time to meet up with Emmanuel and Thomas Saujet, Co-Founder CEO and President, respectively, of International Cosmetics & Perfumes (ICP), at the Creed Boutique in Midtown Manhattan, as they launched their new men's luxury fragrance, "Viking" for men.
And hwile many others are in the fragrance business --- like Coty Inc. (COTY - Get Report) Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. (EL - Get Report) Inter Parfums, Inc. (IPAR - Get Report) and Revlon, Inc. (REV - Get Report) the brothers have focused on the high-end market.
A typical typical 3.4 ounce bottle of Creed will run you $500. But bigger bottles can go as high as $1,000.
Viking falls under the The House of Creed, which is one of the three labels that make up ICP.
