Amazon (AMZN) Prime membership could rise by 2.5 million off of its acquisition of Whole Foods, according to Morgan Stanley analysts.

TheStreet's Founder and Action Alerts PLUS Portfolio Manager Jim Cramer thought the research was "excellent."

According to Cramer, Amazon wants to compete with Kroger (KR) and Walmart (WMT) .
