Carly Fiorina exclusively came to our offices to talk about her run for Senate in Virginia (You'll have to watch to hear her decision.)

But we didn't just tackle politics. "We need to stop fixating on Washington DC," says the businesswoman and former GOP Presidential candidate.

We also talked about the importance of leadership -- and why she launched Unlocking Potential, a foundation that teaches leadership. As Chairman, Fiorina believes "that leaders are made, not born; that everyone has far more potential than they realize; and that people living closest to the problems are best positioned to solve them."

We touched on  geopolitical issues, including North Korea and Russia. She had a warning for our leaders regarding cryptocurrencies. She spoke about term limits and the Opioid epidemic, which specifically hits home because she lost her step-daughter to addiction.

So listen in!

It was great to join @tracybyrnes with the @TheStreet for a discussion on leadership: https://t.co/A59mP34d9e
