Whole Foods (WFM) shareholders are voting on its sale to Amazon (AMZN) on Wednesday, a deal originally announced in June.

While that deal shocked the retail world, TheStreet's Brian Sozzi thinks Jeff Bezos's Amazon could buy Vitamin Shoppe (VSI) or Foot Locker (FL) next. 

Foot Locker shares have been slammed in recent days amid falling sales.
