On Friday, billionaire investor Carl Icahn reportedly resigned from his unpaid position as an divisor in deregulation efforts in the Trump administration. The move followed the announcement that Steve Bannon was removed from his position as White House chief strategist. Bannon, who was instrumental in securing Donald Trump's election, has reportedly been warring with other officials for months.
Icahn and Bannon are just the latest in a string of top officials to exit the Trump administration that includes Sean Spicer, Anthony Scaramucci and Reince Priebus among others. Will more officials follow in Icahn and Bannon's footsteps? Only time and Trump tweets can tell.
