Apple (AAPL) , Microsoft (MSFT) and Cisco (CSCO) are holding some $440 billion overseas.

The last thing companies want is to repatriate their overseas treasures and pay the 35% U.S. tax rate.

That's why President Trump is proposing a 10% repatriation holiday.
