Hershey (HSY) just announced a $1.6 billion acquisition of Amplify Snack Brands (BETR) , the maker of SkinnyPop, that prices the healthy snack food maker at $12 a share.  In a world of increased consolidation, it only seems right that the candy-maker add another money-maker to its line-up. But the deal does pop a question for consumers everywhere.
