Forex expert Douglas Borthwick and panelist on TheStreet's latest Trading Strategies roundtable said anxieties over the the situation in both the Middle East and North Korea is bringing the U.S. dollar down. "Traditionally you've seen flight to quality where the dollar would be the beneficiary, but you don't see that anymore," Borthwick said.
