The Federal Reserve isn't likely to spark another taper tantrum like they did back in 2013.

John Eade, president of Argus Research, thinks the Fed has done a good job of lifting the economy out of the financial crisis and is now trying to restock its toolkit by unwinding its balance sheet.

The minutes of the Fed's June meeting are released Wednesday.
