At The Deal's Corporate Governance Conference, TheStreet's (TST) Jim Cramer spoke with Citrix (CTXS) CEO Kirill Tatarinov about recent ransomware attacks.

Tatarinov said that companies are buying up Bitcoin to pay off the hackers in the case of an attack.

He also to quote a comparison of the current state of cyber warfare to World War III, but you can't see the enemy and warned that if you can't see the enemy, you can't fight the enemy off.
