For the week of January 23, investors will be watching Donald Trump's first full week as President of the United States. Analysts expect the Trump administration to unveil a host of executive actions. Meanwhile on the earnings calendar, on Monday, Halliburton (HAL - Get Report) , McDonald's (MCD - Get Report) and Yahoo! (YHOO) release earnings. On Tuesday, 3M (MMM - Get Report) , Johnson & Johnson (JNJ - Get Report) and Verizon Communications (VZ - Get Report) release earnings. On Wednesday, the markets await results from eBay (EBAY - Get Report) , AT&T (T - Get Report) and Boeing (BA - Get Report) . Alphabet (GOOGL - Get Report) , Baker Hughes (BHI) and Starbucks (SBUX - Get Report) release results Thursday. On Friday, American Airlines (AAL) , Chevron (CVX - Get Report) and Honeywell (HON - Get Report) unveil earnings. As for economic data, existing home sales for December are released Tuesday, the EIA Petroleum Status report is out Wednesday, while on Friday, an estimate of fourth quarter gross domestic product is released.
