When looking to construct a fixed-income portfolio, Flanagan feels investors should use the WisdomTree Barclays Yield Enhanced U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF (AGGY) as a focal point and then tactically complement it with the WisdomTree Bloomberg Floating Rate Treasury ETF (USFR) , WisdomTree Barclays Interest Rate Hedged U.S. Aggregate Bond Fund (AGZD) and the WisdomTree Interest Rate Hedged High Yield Bond ETF (HYZD) .
