Jaggi said grocery chains like Sprouts Farmers Market (SFM) and Whole Foods Market (WFM) will be the areas to watch in the coming year. Finally, Jaggi views the changes in American's shopping habits as a positive because it gives retailers an opportunity to meet consumers on their own terms.
