The future of the Affordable Care Act is in doubt under a new administration, and S&P Capital IQ says that will be the biggest disruptor for the health care sector in 2017.  Jeffrey Loo, an equity analyst with CFRA, says he does not see any clear stock winners if the individual mandate or Medicaid expansion is eliminated, but there are plenty of potential losers. He identifies them as Centene Corporation (CNC - Get Report) , Community Health Systems  (CYH - Get Report) , HCA Holdings (HCA - Get Report) , Molina Healthcare (MOH - Get Report) , Tenet Healthcare (THC - Get Report) , and WellCare Health Plans (WCG - Get Report) .
