Kranz is vice president of Cisco's (CSCO) Strategic Innovations Group and 30 year veteran of the networking industry. He said with over $1.46 trillion projected to be spent on the Internet of Things in the year 2020, no other technology trend will more dramatically impact the near future and that's why companies like Harley-Davidson (HOG) , Ford (F) and PepsiCo (PEP) are embracing it.
