Tool manufacturer Snap-On (SNA - Get Report) sees opportunities in the auto repair space in 2017, according to the company's chief financial officer Aldo Pagliari. About 70% of the company's business is focused on auto repair, which Pagliari describes as recession resistant. Pagliari says even when sales are on the lower end, the company will be able to continue expanding its margins. Pagliari says its European business was good in the last quarter, but is still below the company's peak results in 2008, so he sees more opportunity there as well even with some currency headwinds. Pagliari spoke with TheStreet's Rhonda Schaffler recently at Mizuho's Investor Conference.
