All eyes are on the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision Wednesday afternoon and TheStreet's Jim Cramer says there are three possible outcomes after the announcement. Cramer says, "If Fed hikes rates, markets could move down seven percent. If the Fed hints at a December rate hike, markets could go down two percent. And, if the Fed says they have to stay the course and be data-dependent then investors need to Buy, Buy, Buy."
