Consumers and investors are often in the dark over how much they spend on investment management fees in their 401(k) account. One startup, FeeX, aims to provide more transparency on just how much investors are shelling out. 'You can connect any kind of financial account to FeeX and you'll instantly be able to know how much you're paying in fees in a dollar amount and how much they compound in the future,' said Yoav Zurel, CEO of FeeX. TheStreet's Scott Gamm sat down with Zurel at the Israeli Dealmakers Summit in New York to discuss how investors can reduce investment fees and whether the government should impose legislation or regulation on such fees.
