If you aren't a Millennial yourself, chances are you work with one. The American workforce currently includes 55 million employees under the age of 35. Over the next ten years that number will grow to 74 million Millennials. Many of these young workers aspire to more than a paycheck and a corner office. But with a savings rate of negative 2% and unemployment hovering around 9.3%, Millennials may need a bit of career guidance.
