Records are being broken on Wall Street and not just in the markets but also the record-shattering cold. But what does that mean for the U.S. dollar? Wells Fargo Investment Institute has $1.6 trillion AUM and is overweight in consumer discretionary, information technology, industrials and underweight in consumer staples, utilities.
