Twitter is the latest initiation in Action Alerts Plus, even as the stock hit a 52-week high. Jim Cramer’s Co-Portfolio Manager, Stephanie Link, explains to TheStreet’s Jill Malandrino that she likes higher growth Internet and social-media names because of the growth prospects. Cramer and Link want to own a package of them to get the growth exposure of next generation technology plays and that was part of the catalyst to add Twitter to the existing Google and Facebook positions. Link is pleased to see stabilization in Twitter’s user base, which is key to the bull case. Monetization opportunities could lead to revenue growth, paving the way to margin upside.
