Jim Cramer says sell Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons' new valuation is now the same as Starbucks' but Starbucks has 7 percent consistent growth. Cramer says Starbucks is actually doing better in Canada than Tim Hortons. Burger King officially agreed on Tuesday to buy Tim Hortons for about $11.4 billion, creating one of the biggest fast-food operations in the world. Cramer says the bottom line is Tim Hortons and Burger King are both restaurants and restaurants are not doing all that well.
