Major U.S. markets ended higher on Tuesday following the release of FOMC minutes. Big earnings day is ahead Thursday for retailers including the Gap (GPS), Dollar Tree (DLTR)and Aeropostale (ARO). On the economic calendar, we'll get the weekly jobless claims before the bell, along with existing home sales and leading economic indicators. Reliance Steel and Aluminum (RS) rang the bell at the New York Stock Exchange to celebrate its 20th anniversary as a NYSE listed company. The company's Chairman and CEO David Hannah spoke to TheStreet's Susannah Lee on Reliance's strategy behind its latest acquisitions. Hannah also shared his insight on the commodities market and his views on why Russia's Severstal really sold its U.S. assets to American steel companies.
