The Nasdaq is leading the other major U.S. indices in midday trading. Investors are hoping geopolitical tensions are easing. Russia's President Vladimir Putin said they are working with the International Red Cross to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Big names like Apple (AAPL), Netflix (NFLX) and LinkedIn (LNKD) are helping lift tech stocks. Priceline (PCLN) is also gaining after beating earnings expectations despite falling short of forecast. More winners for the Nasdaq includes Tesla (TSLA) and Mannkind (MNKD). Tesla is up after a rating upgrade and price target revision from Deutsche Bank (DB). Mannkind (MNKD) shares are surging after Sanofi agreed to pay for the right to the world's only available inhaled insulin for up to $925 million dollars.
