While cancelled or delayed flights, uncomfortable seats and rude staff all rank among Americans' complaints when it comes to the airlines, it's fees that really get under their skin. A new poll conducted for TheStreet by GfK found that 70% of Americans find bag fees to be annoying, but even more, 73% are annoyed by high ticket costs. Fewer than one in five cite an airline's reputation, frequency of service or getting frequent flier miles as the most important consideration when selecting an airline.
