Jim Cramer responds to viewers' questions on Twitter on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Cramer says investors shouldn't worry about current price movement in ADP shares and says they should buy the company as it is doing a spin off. To those who are moving their 401k to cash, Cramer says he wouldn't move everything to cash, but he adds that he wouldn't move new money into the market. On whether to buy BP, Cramer says BP will be most affected by any new sanctions coming down the pipeline. And Cramer says Time Warner shares can still go higher and tells investors to hold on, because it's a 'win.'
