TheStreet's Jim Cramer tells investors to "buy them all" since it has been confirmed that Lorillard has been talking with Reynolds meaning tobacco consolidation will happen. Cramer tells investors they should even buy Altria at its 52 week high because consolidation has always been good for any industry despite the deal's potential for hurdles. Cramer's cites his friend, CNBC's David Faber, who has indicated that there have been many of anti-trust issues. Cramer says Lorillard is worth more than it is selling for, but Reynolds is a giant winner. Cramer reminds investors that Lorillard also has an e-cigarette business, which he sees as the real gem within the company.
