The latest batch of luxury condominiums hit the Hamptons market in late July. Located in the village of Sag Harbor, Harbor's Edge is a 15-unit complex with two-or three-bedroom homes, including three penthouses. For $2.5 million to $6.5 million you can own a permanent slice of Sag Harbor's storied sunset. But, buyers will have to share the rooftop pool and sun deck with their nearest neighbors. The Harbor's Edge development is part of a growing Hamptons real estate story: high living with low maintenance. New Yorkers want luxurious plug-and-play homes, and they're willing to pay big bucks for them.
