Detroit may be best known as the birthplace of the American car and recording artists Eminem and Diana Ross. Detroit has fallen into disrepair and has become a symbol of our decaying urban industrialized society. Just a year after the bankruptcy filings, both domestic and international investors are flocking to Detroit on the belief that long-term rewards will far outweigh the investment risks which may be involved. This video explores the history of Detroit - from its humble beginnings to its rich musical heritage that gave rise to Motown.
