Kohlberg Kravis Roberts has a long track record of successful exits so investors should not excessively worry about the buyout giant's recent cash infusion into Denver-based First Data, says Mark Sunderhuse, portfolio manager for the ALPS/Red Rocks Listed Private Equity Fund. Sunderhuse is also bullish on Canadian private equity player ONEX which has invested in deals including the Tropicana hotel, Gates Global and the Warranty Group. Finally, he is positive on London-based SVG Capital which has taken part in deals with names like Hugo Boss and Freescale Semiconductor.
