U.S. markets ended Tuesday's session in the red as the DJIA posted it's biggest one-day loss in more than a month. Shares of Vertex Pharmaceuticals (VRTX) spiked on Tuesday after the drug maker saw positive results from the phase 3 trials of its cystic fibrosis drug. Elizabeth Arden said it would cut jobs and discontinue some brands as it looks to streamline its operations. The Federal Reerve says it will give the four banks who failed the latest round of stress tests more time. Citigroup, HSBC, Santander USA and RBS Citizens will now get until January 5, 2015, to submit a new capital plan. Ruben Ramirez reports from Wall Street.
