United Continental shares will survive a temporary spike in oil prices because the airline has been effective in its cost cutting and flight routing, says Bernie Williams, CIO of USAA Investment Solutions. Williams is also positive on NXP Semiconductors because of its growing credit card chip business in addition to the widely speculated deal with Apple.
