TheStreet's Jim Cramer calls Opentable one of the most exciting company's he covers. Danny Meyer, a board-member at Opentable explained to Cramer that when the 30,000 restaurants Opentable works with pay a dollar to Opentable they get $43 in return by being able to fill the tables that would have been a dead-weight loss. Cramer says the Priceline deal is brilliant. Priceline bought Kayak in May last year. With the app, users can see where they're going, what food options they have, and then book the reservation. Cramer says this could be a Yelp killer. Cramer says there is a war going on: Yelp and SeatMe versus Opentable, Priceline, and Kayak. Cramer asks what TripAdvisor and Google are going to do.
