Don't let the low volatility scare you out of stocks, says Brad Sorensen, Director of Market and Sector Analysis at Charles Schwab. Despite the low volume and slow grind upward, Sorensen says investors should remain bullish, especially on technology stocks which he says will benefit from increased capital spending. He says the rally in utility stocks should soon end so investors should grab their profits and run. Finally, Sorensen is bullish on the retail sector because jobs are being added and wages are rising which he says will lead to more shoppers hitting the malls.
