A ballot initiative set for election day may prove to be a big win for pot reform in Florida. The sunshine state is unique in the national trend toward legalization because of its large number of retirees and the aging patient population of medical marijuana users. A non profit organization called The Silver Tours in West Palm Beach is dedicated to enlightening senior citizens about the benefits of the greenery. While Governor Rick Scott is expected to sign a non-euphoric marijuana bill before November critics say it's limited because certified growers will need a mandatory thirty years of experience to grow eighty thousand pounds of pot.
