Indiegogo CEO Slava Rubin says he wasn't looking for money, but is happy to get the help from a cast of internet stars. The crowd funding website not only got an investment from Virgin's Sir. Richard Branson, but also Max Levchin, CEO of financing startup Affirm and co-founder of PayPal. Other investors include Megan Smith, a vice president at the Google X "Moonshot" program and Maynard Webb, founder of Webb Investment Network and chairman of Yahoo's board. When asked what he thought was a cool company on his site, he raved about the solar road inventors.
