Deutsche Bank is upgrading shares of Cisco Systems, Citi is reiterating its BUY rating on Delphi Automotive and Sterne Agee says watch Toll Brothers' report Wednesday. Deutsche is raising its rating on Cisco Systems (CSCO) to BUY from HOLD and increasing its price target to $30 from $25. Deutsche says there are several positive catalysts in the pipeline for Cisco. Citi is bullish on Delphi Automotive (DLPH) after meeting with management last week. Citi says there are three positive investment attributes which stand out. Sterne Agee says keep an eye on Toll Brothers when it reports Q2 results on Wednesday. Sterne says the impact of the Shapell acquisition is one of the unknowns in the report.
