IBM reports earnings next week and Jim Cramer believes this will be a key item to watch, especially amid the rotation into value stocks that we've been seeing. Cramer says he doesn't second-guess Warren Buffett, who owns IBM, and despite the fact that IBM has been missing quarterly revenue estimates, the stock has still been able to go higher. Cramer reveals at what level he'd be a buyer of IBM and also what stock we should watch to determine how long this rotation will go on.
