The race is on for uninsured Americans to sign up for the Affordable Care Act and for the White House to achieve their goal of 7 million enrollments before a midnight deadline Monday. As of the end of last week, the Obama Administration said it had signed up more than 6 million and on Sunday alone, received more than 1.7 million visits. However, with less than 24 hours to go, the online portal suffered a technical glitch which brought the site down for around four hours.
