RealMoney Pro Contributor Dan Dicker talks to Jim Cramer about domestic oil and its recent rapid drop. Chinese concerns, increasing domestic stockpiles and a release of reserves from the SPR have conspired to bring oil below $100 a barrel. However, Dicker thinks oil will not hit a new low in 2014 and this brings an opportunity to buy U.S. oil stocks "on sale." Anadarko Petroleum, EOG Resources, and Noble Energy show relatively good value at these levels, says Dicker.
