TheStreet's Jim Cramer says that despite Express' ugly guidance the retailer has been the most fashion-forward and has a 'terrific' CEO in Michael Weiss and the stock could be a good value. Cramer says McDonald's has 'unlimited fire power' and really has the ability to leverage its balance sheet. McDonald's is a 'buy' under $100 dollars. Cramer says if Sprint is able to finalize a deal with T-Mobile, shares of Sprint could go to $12 dollars. If Sprint fails, shares will go back to $6 dollars.
