Bank on Tuesday in a deal worth around $1.8 billion. Krispy Kreme is expected to post Q4 earnings of 13 cents a share after the bell, and Williams-Sonoma is also releasing results with expectations of $1.35 a share. Finally, GM is down, and the automaker may face criminal charges after the recall of 1.6 million cars.
