While other retailers have struggled over the past twelve months, Costco has risen above the fray due to its focus on keeping prices low for its members. The stock has followed suit, and so has the amount of cash on the balance sheet. TheStreet caught a heated exchange between Brian Sozzi and Nicole Urken. Sozzi lists several valid reasons why Costco's stock could blow up in an investor's face in the near future, while Urken believes Costco is a solid company with room for shares to move higher.

At the time of publication, Sozzi was long XXX, although positions may change at any time.

At the time of publication, Sozzi held no position in the stocks mentioned.

Brian Sozzi is the CEO and Chief Equities Strategist of Belus Capital Advisors. He is responsible for developing and managing an equities portfolio of mid- and large-cap positions, in addition to leading the firm's digital content initiatives.
