TheStreet's Jim Cramer says investors should not focus on the low ADP employment numbers ahead of Friday's February jobs report because the ADP number is not indicative or predictive. Cramer does not think the employment report will show much job growth because of the harsh winter weather which swept throughout much of the U.S. in February. Cramer says a third straight poor jobs number is a red flag. The monthly jobs report is one economic metric Cramer talks about in his new book "Get Rich Carefully."
