Shares of Baxter International have underperformed the rest of the healthcare sector, but the medical device maker is the perfect contrarian play due to its repeatable revenue model and impressive dividend, says Burns McKinney, portfolio manager for the AllianzGI NFJ Dividend Value fund. McKinney also says Norfolk Southern is trading cheaply versus its peers and offers a reliable, growing dividend. Finally, McKinney says MetLife will be a strong performer as it expands internationally.
