Crude inventories built by 100,000 barrels in the latest week, according to the EIA Petroleum Status Report. Chicago Energy options trader Peter Amandio says he isn't watching the fundamentals of WTI oil trade, and instead says investors should be following the technical charts. Amandio says the natural gas contact for March expires on Wednesday, but it traded as if Tuesday was the expiration date, based on its tight choppy trade on the final day.
