Europe's economic recovery and elevated auto accident claims in the U.S. due to wild weather patterns have been driving Solera's Street-beating performance in the past half year, says the company's CEO Tony Aquila. Solera also says his emerging markets business is thriving because drivers are not accustomed to operating high horsepower vehicles.
