Silver prices are on a tear in 2014, PureFunds CEO Andrew Chanin tells TheStreet's Joe Deaux. Chanin says they're seeing a boost in mergers and acquisitions among junior precious metals miners, and he says there will be more to come. Additionally, Chanin says silver by year end will close higher than its current price around $21 an ounce. While stocks remain in volatile territory, Chanin says this could be a good time to grab silver during its move higher.
